Familystrength provides the following programs and services:

 

Home-Based Therapeutic Services (HBTS): A 90-day program providing intensive, home-based counseling to stabilize families and prevent the need for out out-of-home placement of children or work on successful reunification when children are returning home from placement.

 

Futurestrength: A counseling and treatment program for adolescents with a combination of mental health and substance abuse issues. Futurestrength utilizes the Adolescent Portable Treatment (APT) model, an in-home, intensive, strength-based, family-focused and goal-directed program. Futurestrength is offered in the North Country and the counselors deliver services where the youth lives.

 

After School Achievement Program (ASAP): A program offered at Rundlett Middle School in Concord for students who are at risk for academic failure. ASAP helps students improve academic performance and succeed in all aspects of middle school. ASAP includes components for substance abuse prevention, social development, enhancing self-esteem and facilitating family communication.

 

Therapeutic Family Intervention and Reunification Services (TFIRS): A program to provide comprehensive family assessments including how the family functions, impediments to safety, family support system and parenting capacity. This program is offered in the Seacoast and Concord areas.

 

** Familystrength also offers office-based counseling. **
